Reservation Policy, Pet Policy & What to Bring

We book only Sunday to Sunday for the month of July.
We are now taking reservations for 2008
1/2 Down is required to hold your cabin. Balance due On or before arrival date .1/2 Down is required to hold your cabin. Balance due On or before arrival date .Cancellation 10 days prior to your vacation date will have a refund minus a 50.00 reservation fee.Cancellation made less then 10 days prior to your coming will lose your deposit . If there is a (no show) or (no call) you will be held responsible for the whole reservation you made.
We except Visa, MC, Dicover,American Express Checks, money orders .
Do to a few who give credit card that are not valid .We will be collecting the first 1/2 at the time The reservation is made . We can no longer hold your reservation with your card .
Pets are welcome , They must be kept on a leash & Off the Beach area,
There is a trails across the road from the resort that you can walk them,
For water dogs they can go to the boat launch 1/2 block down from the resort.
Please pick up your doggie dodo. Also, please take care that your dog is clean and sprayed for flees. so as not to make flees spread.
We do spray and bomb on a regularly. but would like to have you take consideration of other pet owners and guest.
There will be a fee of $25.00 charge for your pet to stay.
It cover extra cleaning and Flea sprays carpet cleaning Ect.
Remember; Bringing your pet is a privledge. Don't ruin it for others.
All you need to bring is Food Towels Clothes, maybe a fan in summer.There are ceiling fans and one floor fan. dish soap, coffee filters for mister coffee machines, laundry soap for your laundry.We do have a washer and dryer It's $1.00 to wash and $.75 to dry. We supply paper towel, toilet paper, bedding, & trash bags.
