The pere Marquette trails are in excellent shape.
Intro: The Pere Marquette Trails is Located in Clare county Michigan. The Trails Runs from Lake, Michigan west to Baldwin Michigan. At Reed City there is a junction and you can go North to Cadillac trails system or South to Big Rapids.
The Pere Marquette Snowmobile Club Grooms these trails and do a great job. I receive my snowmobile trail information from them because they groom the trails #30 and #5 trails heads.
We get our trail reports from the groomer.so we can keep you well informed.

Boontown USA is home to a family owned store located in the heart of beautiful Boon Michigan, and famous for it's Boon Aged Cheese. About 100 yards behind the store, right off trail #5 is the Boontown Bonfire, built in a 6 foot fire ring nestled in a grove of pine trees. As soon as there is rideable snow, we light the fire Friday night and keep it going through the weekend for all to enjoy. The store carries fuel, beverages and snacks, plus a variety of snowmobile parts and accessories. We also have a large staging area as well. Stop in and say hello sometime!
